Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-08
This Cookie Policy explains how Lutz Consulting Group, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Candella Labs ("Candella," "we," or "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at candella.dev and the products and services made available through it (collectively, the "Service").
This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy at candella.dev/privacy. Terms defined in our Terms of Service at candella.dev/terms (the "Master Terms") and the Candella Copytrade Addendum at candella.dev/terms/copytrade have the same meaning here. Read this policy alongside the Privacy Policy for the full picture of how we handle your information.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. On later visits, your browser sends the cookie back so the site can recognize your session and remember state. "Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, and pixels, which serve comparable purposes. In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.
Cookies can be session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them. Cookies can be set by us (first-party) or by a service provider acting on our behalf.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
We use three categories of cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Strictly necessary (session and authentication). These cookies keep you logged in, maintain your session as you move between pages, and protect the Service against fraud and cross-site request forgery. Without them, core features do not work: you cannot sign in, hold a session, subscribe to a Lead Trader, approve a Mirroring order in Manual Approval Mode, or manage Automated Mode. These cookies are required to operate the Service and cannot be turned off through our interface.
Preferences. These cookies remember choices you make so the Service behaves consistently for you, for example your interface settings and prior selections. They are not required, but disabling them means the Service will not remember these choices between visits.
Analytics. These cookies help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate, including which pages are visited, which features are used, and where errors occur, so we can improve the Service. We use analytics data in aggregated and de-identified form, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use analytics cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.
3. We Do Not Use Cookies to Sell Personal Information
We do not use cookies to sell your personal information, and we do not share personal information collected through cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use cookies to serve you advertising on third-party platforms. Our use of cookies is limited to operating, securing, and improving the Service.
4. How to Control Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert you before a cookie is set. The steps differ by browser; check your browser's help documentation.
Disabling cookies has consequences. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use authenticated parts of the Service, including any Copytrade feature that depends on your session. If you block preference cookies, the Service will not remember your settings. If you block analytics cookies, the Service still functions, but we lose visibility into usage that helps us fix problems and improve it.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Our full description of the information we collect, how we use and share it, our retention periods, and your rights is in the Privacy Policy at candella.dev/privacy. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you specific rights over the personal information we hold, and we honor those rights for all users regardless of state. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing for you to opt out of on that basis. Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws have similar rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below or as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The Service is currently operated by Lutz Consulting Group, LLC and is expected to be assigned to a successor entity, currently anticipated to be Candella Inc, upon that entity's formation; on assignment this Cookie Policy will apply to the successor with the same scope, and we will update the entity name at that time.
